Turns out the tennis ball is the perfect size to get between muscle groups. Pressing the ball into tense muscles can help them relax and loosen up. Tennis balls are great for this purpose because they have just the right amount of give.

I have used a tennis ball many times over the years. Definitely helps loosen up some of those pesky muscles you can't quite get to yourself. Worth a try to see if it works for you.
