David Piggott received his personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. He also holds credentials as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and is a Level 1 USTAF Coach.

He works at Williamsburg Neck and Back and has extensive experience as a physical therapy technician at an outpatient clinic. David enjoys helping clients from all walks of life reach their health goals.

During his free time, he trains for a variety of races and enjoys powerlifting and hiking. His passion for fitness is contagious to everyone he meets.
