Group dedicated to discussions about lumbar and cervical disc replacement, surgery, recovery and support.
This is a more general support group for members living with chronic back pain, neck pain, or conditions such as oesteoarthritis or inflammatory arthritis. Tips and tricks for pain management may be shared. Adaptive mobility aids and other products may be shared or recommended. Content including home exercises and dietary changes may be shared as well.
For peeps who are trying to live their life with DDD. Talk with others about their experiences pre- and post-op, learn ways to manage the pain that comes with DDD, and support one another along the way.
If you live with herniated spinal discs and have had or plan to have surgery such as discectomies, this group is for you. Support one another and talk about expectations, coping skills, and different treatment options.
This is for individuals who have been struggling to find answers for the causes of their chronic back pain and other symptoms related to mobility and the spine. Ideally, members will offer support and commiserate, share stories of their experiences, and perhaps help group members think of things to ask of their medical providers and caregivers.

A support group for individuals living with chronic sciatic nerve pain and/or Piriformis Syndrome. The piriformis muscle is a muscle in the glut system. Piriformis Syndrome is one cause of sciatica.

For individuals who have experience with spinal cord stimulator implants, and those who are currently considering getting an implant to help with pain management.
This group is for patients who are preparing for or have already had, spinal fusions at any level of their spine.
